Child's Pose is recognized as a calming, restorative pose. It is a staple in many yoga class sequences, and teachers love to use it. However, if you're like me and you get crampy feet, Child's Pose is EXCRUCIATING! Here's a simple tip that will transform this pose into a much more enjoyable experience.

Use a Blanket

Sometimes your feet cramp because they lack the flexibility to extend flat along floor. Simply roll a blanket and use it to cushion the front part of your ankles. You can adjust the thickness depending on your need.
