The WonderDoodles are a leading-edge fusion of art therapy, positive psychology, and neuroscience. The WonderDoodles can be completed in just minutes, and are effective even if you think you're not creative, or if drawing is not something you do.

How it Works

WonderDoodles work for anyone who wants to experience a breakthrough, get out of a rut—or, more specifically, who wants to get out of their head. Artistic skills are not needed. All you need are a pencil and a piece of paper, and about five minutes to do the work.

There are the three steps involved in doing the Wonderdoodles

  1. Set an intention.  At the front end of the Wonderdoodle, you set an intention. Intentions help you focus your mind.

  2. Do the doodle. In response to your intention, you will doodle the first thing that comes to your mind.

  3. Process. Finally, you will use a journaling technique called processing. Think of processing as a way of deciphering your doodle’s code!

I love to show people how to activate their creativity! I have shared the WonderDoodles with people who have chronic illness, like HIV/AIDs and cancer: the doodles offer insight, acceptance, and even reassurance. I’ve also shared the WonderDoodles with academic leaders, entrepreneurs, and military professionals: they use the WonderDoodles for strategic planning, teambuilding, and professional development.

I have used the WonderDoodles with teenagers to teach them how to be curious about their mental wellness and identity development; and I’ve used them with trauma survivors to teach them to be more okay with their truths.

My intention is to share the WonderDoodles with YOU so that you can apply them to any area of your life that needs attending. The WonderDoodles are ridiculously simple, and they have shown themselves to be effective. They are based on how your brain and nervous system function: therefore they are effective for addressing chronic stress and the myriad symptoms of that stress. Further, they inform greater self-connection, and can be used to develop insight in any area of personal or professional growth.
